Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a QA engineer for a web-based product
• Excellent understanding of Quality Assurance processes and methodologies - STD, STP
• Experience with work item tool like Jira
• Knowledge of SQL queries
• 2+ years of experience as a QA Automation engineer with a strong knowledge of: JS/TS - programming language, Mocha/Jest - or any other test runner, Selenium/WDIO or any other tool for E2E testing, Axios/Got or any other tool for REST API testing, CI/CD processes

Responsibilities

• Own products from top to bottom
• Participate in both product discovery and product delivery cycles
• Collaborate with other specialists and teams to develop new features, APIs, improvements, and fixes
• Be a part of the team's on-call rotations
• Help our customers have an awesome experience with our products especially in the areas of subscription, tenant and customer teams management

Preferred Qualifications

Experienced with Cypress or Playwright
