Senior QA Automation Engineer

Summary

Join our Testing team as a QA Automation Engineer and contribute to building multidisciplinary teams that self-manage projects in an AGILE way. We're looking for someone with experience in manual or automated testing, a constant desire to learn, and strong proficiency in Python.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in QA automation
• Strong proficiency in Python for writing automation scripts
• Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Pytest, or similar frameworks
• Deep understanding of end-to-end testing, API testing, and performance testing
• Ability to independently handle client engagements, assess their needs, and deliver strategic testing solutions
• Strong background working in Agile environments, participating in sprints, and contributing to cross-functional teams
• Hands-on experience integrating test automation into Azure DevOps pipelines
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken (mandatory)

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust QA automation frameworks from the ground up, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance
• Lead technical conversations with client stakeholders, understand their requirements, and guide them through the adoption of best QA practices
• Work closely with development teams, project managers, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration of testing pipelines within CI/CD environments
• Operate within Agile frameworks, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality product deliveries
• Utilize Azure DevOps for test management, pipeline integration, and continuous improvement of the testing process
