Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in QA roles (manual + automation)
- Hands-on experience building test automation frameworks from scratch
- Strong ability to troubleshoot and optimize QA processes in complex environments
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
- Experience in cross-industry projects (fintech, IoT, healthcare, e-commerce, government)
- English level B2 or higher
Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive QA strategies and test plans for web, mobile, API, and microservices environments
- Create and maintain automated test frameworks and suites (UI, API, DB)
- Drive CI/CD test automation integration using tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, and Docker
- Coordinate with stakeholders to manage QA backlogs, write user stories, and define test milestones
- Provide mentorship and onboarding support to new QA and Dev team members
- Execute manual test cases when necessary (regression, exploratory, smoke)
- Generate test reports, track bugs, and communicate risk assessments to stakeholders
- Continuously explore and introduce new tools, frameworks, and practices to elevate product quality and team efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience mentoring QA or Dev teams
- Familiarity with performance testing and metrics analysis
- Understanding of DevOps practices and tooling
- Prior contributions to internal QA process improvement
