Senior QA Automation Lead

Requirements

• With at least 5+ years experience in both manual and automation testing and at least 1 year experience in leading a team
• Development and execution of test plans and scenarios
• Experience in writing automated tests in Selenium, Cypress, and Appium, Robot Framework
• Testing complex GUIs, APIs, and platforms
• Source control management like Git, Bitbucket, etc

Responsibilities

• Leading the QA Automation team in defining and implementing testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices across all projects
• Driving test planning, prioritization, and execution of both manual and automated testing across frontend, backend, and mobile systems
• Overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, reusable automated test scripts that simulate end-to-end user interactions across platforms
• Monitoring automation test coverage and execution results, ensuring issues are identified early and release cycles are efficient and reliable
• Reviewing test results and quality metrics, preparing leadership-level reports and recommendations for quality improvements and risk mitigation
• Maintaining and enhancing the automation framework, testing tools, and CI/CD integrations to support continuous testing
• Mentoring QA engineers and fostering a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and continuous learning within the QA team
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate QA processes seamlessly into the development lifecycle and release workflows
• Proactively identifying gaps in quality processes and leading initiatives for operational excellence and innovation in QA practices
• Exploring and integrating AI-driven testing solutions to enhance automation efficiency, such as intelligent test generation, self-healing scripts, and predictive defect detection
