Requirements

  • Expertise in evaluating soft skills and cultural fit through experience interviews
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with Hiring Managers and C-level executives
  • Proven experience hiring Sales and Account Managers in IT outsourcing, SaaS, or consulting services
  • Established success in recruiting for the U.S. market
  • Advanced/Fluent English level (both written and spoken)
  • Availability to work during EST hours for collaboration with U.S. candidates and teams
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, ATS, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Attract top talent for Sales Executives, Account Managers, and client-facing roles with IT outsourcing experience and strong interpersonal skills
  • Identify top candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other channels
  • Manage U.S. recruitment pipelines, considering employment laws, cultural nuances, and candidate expectations
  • Evaluate candidates’ soft skills (communication, emotional intelligence, etc.) through in-depth experience interviews
  • Assess candidates’ potential and cultural fit using relevant psychological techniques and tools
  • Work with hiring managers to understand requirements, adapt strategies, and preselect the best-fit candidates
  • Keep accurate records of candidate interactions and pipelines in ATS, provide regular progress updates, and address emerging blockers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background or education in psychology for enhanced candidate assessments
  • Knowledge of talent market trends, particularly in the U.S. tech sector
  • Strong networking skills with a broad professional network
