Summary
Join Testlio as a temporary Senior Recruiter to lead recruitment efforts for software testing roles within the Americas. This 100% remote position reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager and involves full-cycle recruitment, from pipeline management and sourcing to interviewing and candidate support. You will be responsible for building America's Delivery Team, focusing on QA & QE recruitment. You'll collaborate with the global recruitment team, manage your own schedule, and contribute to a positive candidate experience. Requirements
- At least 7+ years of experience with full-cycle recruitment
- Knowledge of Boolean search, job board sourcing, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and other sourcing tools
- Familiarity with scheduling online interviews/screening calls and providing feedback
- Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems, documenting scorecards, providing updates, and confirming details through an ATS
- Experience managing multiple candidate pipelines with roles that have various interview processes
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Excellent listening skills to conduct great interviews
- Efficient time-management and organizational skills
- Collaborative spirit and eagerness to work in a global team
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Comfortable working 100% remotely and across multiple regions and time zones
- Strong self-management skills to work asynchronously with peers and hiring managers
Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment team by developing talent pipelines for Software QA/QE roles and sourcing potential candidates across the AMER region
- Actively interview and support the candidates as they proceed through the interview process
- Provide tips, follow-up, and support to help the candidate succeed in their interviews
- Contact passive candidates on social media and professional sites
- Communicate with past candidates for new roles and keep them up to date on potential roles that might be a fit
- Support hiring managers in reviewing candidates and determining the next steps
- Support candidates by offering updates and answering questions
- Support Hiring Managers with daily and weekly updates
- Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track and move candidates through their interview process
- Update the ATS as priorities change or as interview processes change
- Be a fundamental part of the recruitment process and help us create an awesome candidate experience
