Requirements
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on Go-To-Market roles in high growth companies
- Deep understanding of GTM functions and the ability to assess candidatesβ fit within these areas
- Proven experience in building and optimizing recruitment processes and workflows
- Experience supporting searches for technical sales or customer-facing technical roles
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to recruitment strategies and decisions
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proven track record of conducting executive-level searches, including sourcing, assessing, and closing talent
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for GTM positions, from sourcing to all the way through offer negotiation and onboarding
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior level leaders to understand hiring needs, define role requirements and profile, and develop effective recruitment strategies to successfully bring in best-in-class talent
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage both active and passive candidates
- Gather and leverage market intelligence to inform recruitment strategies, including understanding industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive landscape
- Design, implement, and continuously refine internal recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and overall effectiveness
- Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and upholding Astronomerβs employer brand throughout the recruitment process
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process to build a diverse and high-performing team
