Summary
Join ServiceRocket, a global tech-enabled services company, as a key member of our sales team based in Manila. This role focuses on identifying and driving short and long-term sales opportunities, leveraging your experience in solution selling, particularly with Atlassian products. Requirements
- Typically requires a minimum of 6 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 4 years and a Master’s degree; or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of closing large complex enterprise deals
- Proven track record working in B2B environments/marketplaces
- Experience in working with Tech or IT Services companies
- Experience in developing strategic customer relationships and partnerships
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, results-oriented and driven to exceed expectations
- Competency in the typical back office support tools and CRM software
- Ability to work hybrid and visit customer's office as required
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and partners by understanding their focus, anticipating their needs, and solving their problems
- Perform prospecting activities such as cold calling and networking
- Generate leads, manage pipeline, update forecast, develop and execute account plans
- Close opportunities to achieve sales targets
- Follow up with customers regularly to ensure needs are being met and to identify opportunities
- Maintain CRM and accounts plans for customers and prospects
- Coordinate internal and external resources to improve customers' experience
- Stay current with ServiceRocket's offerings and industry trends
- Host product demonstrations, webinars and other online events to educate customers and prospects
- Illustrate the value of ServiceRocket's products and services to create growth opportunities
- Participate in brainstorming, office activities, staff meetings, and client meetings
- Research and assist with program development for existing customers and new prospects
