Summary
Join The Richards Group as a Senior Risk Management Consultant/Producer in our Commercial Lines Division! This role involves managing a complex commercial insurance book of business, providing top-tier client service, and contributing to organizational goals. You will leverage your expertise in client service, technology, marketing, and sales support, working closely with the agency VP. While remote flexibility is offered, regular travel within the service area, particularly to Brattleboro, is required. This position offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package. Requirements
- Possess an active Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License
- Have 5β10+ years of experience in Commercial Property & Liability Insurance, including client servicing, account management, and insurance technology
- Have at least 3 years of experience working with an application management system (AMS 360 preferred)
- Possess extensive expertise in Property & Casualty Insurance, with a strong understanding of products such as Property, General Liability, Products Liability, Professional Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Cyber Liability, Commercial Auto, Umbrella & Excess Liability, and Flood Insurance
- Employ a consultative sales and service approach, working effectively with businesses of various industries and sizes
- Have experience as a Broker, working with multiple carriers, navigating different insurance systems, completing applications professionally, and developing customized proposals
- Be skilled in conducting in-depth coverage analysis and policy reviews
- Be able to work effectively with account management and customer service teams to ensure seamless client support
- Possess a polished executive presence, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, dependability, attention to detail, efficiency, and self-motivation
- Be a team player with a positive attitude, thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Be willing and able to be active members in the local community
