Senior Ruby on Rails Developer

Summary

Join Monterail as a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer and become an in-house expert supporting our fast-growing, international product development team. This role focuses on an all-in-one employee engagement and recognition platform used across web and mobile. You will work with pulse surveys, reward systems, team challenges, and analytics dashboards. The position requires extensive Ruby on Rails experience, PostgreSQL database knowledge, and familiarity with ElasticSearch. You should be proficient in writing clean, testable code and possess strong English communication skills. A full-time commitment is required, with remote or hybrid work options available from our Wrocław office.

Requirements

• Has extensive experience with Ruby on Rails
• Knows their way around PostgresSQL database
• Hands on experience with ElasticSearch
• Checks their code with unit and integration tests (e.g. RSpec)
• Equipped with real-world Git & Gitflow experience
• Writes clean and SOLID code that adheres to best practices
• Strong English communication skills (B2+)
• Availability for full-time cooperation
