Summary
Join Lumin Digital as a Senior Sales Executive and drive revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing customer opportunities within the banking and credit union industry. This results-driven role requires building strong relationships with C-suite executives, performing needs analyses, and achieving sales targets. You will present and promote Lumin Digital's products and services, resolve customer issues, and collaborate with internal teams. The ideal candidate possesses excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills, along with experience in the fintech or digital banking industry. This position offers a competitive salary and significant travel.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a sales representative with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and Google Documents
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices and the ability to build productive, professional business relationships
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver tailored presentations to diverse audiences
- Relationship management skills and openness to constructive feedback
- Experience in the fintech or digital banking industry
- Familiarity with the credit union or banking sector
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Present, promote, and sell Lumin Digital’s products/services using compelling arguments to prospective customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives, decision-makers, and stakeholders in the banking and credit union industry
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analyses for potential customers to address their specific requirements
- Proactively reach out to leads through cold calling and other outreach methods
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction and retention
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within specified timeframes
- Work closely with marketing, product and solutions consultant teams to align sales strategies and deliver seamless onboarding experiences
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales progress, and monitor status reports
- Provide management with reports on customer needs, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Stay updated on best practices, promotional trends, and industry developments
- Continuously seek feedback to improve performance and enhance results
- Perform other duties as assigned
Benefits
- $170,000 - $200,000 a year
- 40-50% travel - Between 104 and 130 work days of travel per year for a full time employee
