Summary

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams, ideally with experience managing other sales leaders in a dynamic, scale-up environment
  • A strong track record of creating and executing impactful sales strategies that have demonstrably led to significant revenue growth and market expansion
  • The ability to deeply understand US market dynamics and customer needs, translating these insights into effective strategies and adjusting course to ensure targets are met and exceeded
  • Exceptional coaching and development skills, with a passion for nurturing talent and building a sales culture where individuals and the team can thrive
  • Visionary leadership qualities, capable of defining a compelling long-term sales direction while also owning and driving complex, high-level initiatives with multiple stakeholders
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, enabling you to build influential relationships and articulate value effectively to diverse audiences
  • A resilient, adaptable, and fiercely results-oriented mindset, with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving landscape where you are empowered to make a significant impact
