Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related discipline
  • 6+ years of hands-on technical experience in Quote to Cash processes, including at least 2 full Salesforce CPQ implementation and development knowledge (JS, APEX, and VisualForce)
  • Salesforce.com certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, CPQ Specialist)
  • Proficient in Salesforce Data Loader, Workbench and Excel for data analysis and quality initiatives
  • Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, including experience with senior leadership engagements

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to gather requirements and align with business objectives
  • Understand and implement product pricing methods within Quote-to-Cash processes
  • Provide functional support for billing processes, enhancing efficiency and automation
  • Recommend improvements to systems and processes to enhance efficiency and automation
  • Design, prototype, build, and support Salesforce CPQ/Steelbrick solutions
  • Lead technical design sessions, create user stories, and develop aligned technical documentation
  • Translate business requirements into system functionality and configure Salesforce CPQ features (e.g., Product Bundles, Quote Templates, Price Rules, and Approval Processes)
  • Drive integration solution lifecycles from conception to post-launch support
  • Conduct needs analysis to minimize revisions and ensure alignment with business needs
  • Support change management activities for program rollouts in collaboration with Operations, Enablement, and other teams
  • Ensure Salesforce CPQ solutions meet quality standards through functional, regression, and user acceptance testing
  • Support monthly close processes to ensure timely delivery of quotes and orders
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation based on design specifications
