Requirements

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer
• Salesforce certification in Data Cloud (required); additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Integration Architect) are a plus
• Proficiency in Salesforce tools and technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Salesforce APIs
• Strong understanding of CRM best practices and business processes
• Experience with integration and data orchestration
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems using web services and APIs
• Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud to manage and integrate data sources, ensuring data consistency, security, and accessibility
• Implement and maintain workflows, dashboards, and custom reporting
• Provide technical guidance and share best practices with the team
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture and IT security standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and achieve project goals
• Perform both administration/configuration and custom implementations

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of additional CRM tools like Zendesk
• Experience with enterprise architecture and IT security
• Familiarity with development methodologies and tools
