Remote Senior Scientist

Summary

Join our team as a Senior Scientist in AI & Big Data Center and contribute to bioinformatics projects, develop web-based tools, and assist customers in solving technical barriers.

Requirements

• PhD Degree in bioinformatics or deep learning, with at least three years of experience in algorithm/model development
• Knowledgeable in the field of molecular biology or protein
• Proficiency in Python/Java/C++
• Proficiency in Pytorch/Tensorflow

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for bioinformatics projects
• Develop the web-based tools or standalone tools for synthetic biology, protein engineering and antibody engineering
• Develop algorithms to assist customers in solving technical barriers
• Data mining (including deep learning) and analysis on synthesis related data

Preferred Qualifications

• Preferable if the candidate has experience in natural language processing and large language model
• Preferable if the candidate has experience in pre-trained language models and generative AI
• Preferable if the candidate has experience in algorithm, software and pipeline development
