Senior Scout, Quality Control

Summary

Join ScoutLogic, a leader in background screening, as a Senior Scout, Quality Control. You will evaluate organizational needs, recommend solutions to prevent errors, and conduct quality control for the Verifications Organization. This role involves weekly QC checks on Scouts, monthly quality analysis, performance issue escalation, process documentation review, and collaboration with training and operations teams. The position requires 5+ years of business experience, 6 months in a ScoutLogic verification role, FCRA policy understanding, and mastery of ScoutLogic tools. Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential.

Requirements

• 5+ years of overall business experience in comparable industry
• 6 months tenure within current Verifications position at ScoutLogic
• Intermediate level of understanding FCRA policies
• Mastery of basic ScoutLogic procedures and tools
• Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills
• Independent and detail oriented

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly QC on all Verifications Scouts to ensure adherance to established SOPs
• Perform monthly quality analysis to identify root cause and solution based on findings
• Escalate performance issues to the Director, Operations for any required action
• Conduct independent review of process documentation to ensure adherence to process
• Partner with Training and Operations team to review and identify gaps in training
• Assists with both internal and external audits
• Assists training team with new-hire development
• Assists with general SOP updates, internal knowledge management tool updates and other process documentation as needed
