This remote, contract-to-hire position requires facilitating Agile ceremonies, ensuring adherence to best practices, fostering collaboration, tracking progress, and coaching team improvement. The ideal candidate will possess a Certified Scrum Master certification (CSM, SAFe, or equivalent) and experience with self-managed Agile teams. Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.)
• Ensure the team follows Agile best practices and removes roadblocks
• Foster collaboration and a self-managed team culture
• Track and report progress using Agile metrics
• Coach the team to continuously improve processes
