Join Hudl as a Senior Scrum Master and help some of North America's top sports teams excel. You will coach and empower Agile teams, drive outcome-focused decisions, create efficient processes, mentor other Scrum Masters, and be part of a supportive team. The ideal candidate is an experienced Agile coach with strong communication and leadership skills, committed to continuous delivery and customer satisfaction. • An experienced coach. You’re a proven product development leader with expertise in Agile frameworks. You’ve helped teams and organizations maximize their performance

Responsibilities

• Assist your teams. You’ll utilize your knowledge and experience of Agile frameworks to coach and empower your teams, while being flexible with changing needs
• Drive outcome-focused decisions. You'll coach your teams with empathy and expertise, guiding them toward outcome-driven decisions that help us achieve company goals
• Create and prioritize efficiency. You’ll navigate risks and dependencies, anticipate and mitigate technical collisions, remove impediments, and adjust plans as needed to support seamless delivery
• Mentor. You’ll help develop other Scrum Masters, leading and contributing to initiatives that further our practice across the company
• Be part of a team . You’ll be supported by other Scrum Masters, with a work environment centered on transparency, empathy, trust and encouragement. We want to be the best we can be—and have fun while we do it

Preferred Qualifications

• Diverse toolbelt. You understand the benefits of multiple product development frameworks—such as Lean, Waterfall, Kanban, Scrum, etc.—as well as their unique value and how they can complement each other to drive effective outcomes
• Experience working with a global team. Our product team is spread across the U.S. and Europe, and remote collaboration skills will be part of the job
