Scrum Master

Summary

Join our team as a Scrum Master and work remotely on a contract basis. Collaborate closely with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful delivery. Maintain effective communication and foster a collaborative environment to achieve project goals. This role requires extensive experience in Scrum and Agile methodologies, including Agile transformations and process improvements. Experience with SAFe or other enterprise Agile frameworks is essential. Agile certifications are preferred, along with experience in cross-functional teams and familiarity with Agile frameworks beyond Scrum.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment, with at least 3 years in a senior or enterprise-level role
• Proven experience in Agile transformations and process improvements at an organizational level
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), or other enterprise Agile methodologies

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the customer project POC’s, and the cross-functional project team
• Ensure that the project is aligned with other inter-dependent projects, programs, and stakeholders and will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the projects, ensuring that all milestones and objectives are met effectively and efficiently
• Maintain strong lines of communication and a collaborative spirit and can work together to achieve our project goals successfully

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certifications, preferred
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in an enterprise or fast-paced environment, preferred
• Experience with Agile frameworks beyond Scrum (Kanban, Lean, XP, etc.), preferred
