Requirements

• Ten plus years of relevant experience
• Experience in JIRA, Confluence, & Slack or Mattermost
• Experience or knowledge in the following Areas: Agile software development, agile methodologies, software development life cycle management, cross-functional team
• Must possess or have the ability to obtain SAFe Scrum Master & SAFe for Teams
• Must possess or have the ability to obtain SAFe PO/PM or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master & SAFe for Government
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Facilitate agile ceremonies
• Track team capacity and velocity
• Collaborate through ART Syncs and Scrum of Scrums and demos
• Backlog refinement, program increment (PI) plannings, team stand-ups/syncs
• Create Jira tickets (Features, Stories, and tasks) in support of objectives
