Agile Coach

Summary

Join our team as a Senior Agile Coach with experience in implementing agile methodologies. This hybrid role requires occasional office presence in Mexico City and remote work for the rest of the week. The contract is a full-time freelancer for at least 3 months, with possible quarterly rehire.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Agile Coach, with at least 3 years in leadership roles
• Deep knowledge and practical experience in agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
• Experience facilitating agile transformations in multiple teams
• Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), or similar
• Ability to manage and resolve conflicts within multifunctional teams
• Availability to attend office in Mexico City one or two times a week

Responsibilities

• Guide teams in adopting and optimizing agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.)
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to foster an agile culture in the organization
• Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and key agile ceremonies
• Diagnose areas for improvement in teams and design strategies to enhance their performance
• Promote the formation and continuous growth of teams in agile practices
• Monitor and measure the impact of agile practices, making adjustments as needed
• Foster a culture of collaboration, self-organization, and continuous improvement throughout the organization
