Senior Security Operations Engineer II

Summary

The job is for a Security Engineer in the Trust department of Wrapbook, a unified payroll platform. The role involves assessing and improving the SecOps program, owning Vulnerability Management, participating in threat modeling, and building relationships with partners and stakeholders. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of security experience, technical expertise in cloud and web applications, and strong communication skills.

Requirements

• You have at least 5 years of experience working in Security
• A strong technical security background in cloud and web applications
• A working knowledge of common enterprise and SaaS technologies
• Experience setting up and tuning Security Information Event Monitoring tools
• Understanding of Vulnerability Management programs, tools, and processes
• Experience as a part of Security Incident Response team
• Ability to break down big problems into actionable project phases
• Empathy for customers, thoughtful listening, and strong written communication skills
• Critical thinking and analytical energy to solve problems and navigate ambiguity
