Summary

Join ¡Multiplica Talent! as a Service Designer to manage and organize service elements, improve user experience, and deliver value through design thinking. This role involves defining tools, methodologies, and channels for projects, conducting research, identifying risks, and designing strategic solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define tools, methodology, and channels adequate to address the project
• Define lineamientos for the design of products or services and generates a work plan giving it punctual follow-up
• Planifies and realizes qualitative and quantitative researches of users: trends, benchmarks, surveys, panels with users, analysis of primary and secondary sources. Identifies primary and secondary users and facilitates workshops with users, stakeholders or C-suite
• Identifies the objectives and scopes of the project. Defines strategies that respond to the needs of the business and of the users
• Ensures the human-centered design approach within the project. Evaluates solution proposals and argues the contribution to business objectives from a DCU perspective
• Participates in processes of generation of ideas and alternatives for service design challenges. Collaborates with other areas or teams for co-designing services
• Designs contact points, products, and content throughout the journey and across all channels and participates in prototyping processes of solutions to service design challenges
• Defines and follows up on metrics to measure the efficiency of the service
