Responsibilities

  • Work on and resolve Helpdesk Tickets
  • Delight our Clients with a Friendly, Quick and Helpful Experience
  • Provide the Client with advanced remote troubleshooting
  • Remote Hardware Maintenance and Support
  • Ensure minimal downtime or interruption to staff productivity
  • Answer and resolve telephone queries
  • Communicate to the client the status of their ticket every step of the way, notify them of any changes or outages related to their issue
  • Project a professional, cooperative and courteous image when representing the company
  • Use our Ticketing System to work on and resolve Helpdesk Tickets & Service Requests
  • Managing and recording all work though our Ticketing System
  • Make sure that Client Documentation is well maintained
  • Split tickets that have several issues into their own individual ticket
  • Make sure that tickets aren’t β€œstale” throughout the process
  • Review regularly scheduled/automated actions as indicated by our Processes
  • Installing and upgrading anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level
  • Performing tests and evaluations on new software and hardware
  • Provide Desktop and printer support
  • Resolve application support Issues
  • Provide Network support (NOC)
  • Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Achieve set targets
  • Repairing or replacing damaged hardware
  • Upgrading system to enable compatible software on all computers
  • Assist with the preparation, management or deliverance of projects or tenders
  • Maintenance for all clients on a Managed Service Plan (MSP) – PC, printers, phone system
  • Password/Access Support
