Summary

Join Raft, a customer-obsessed small business focused on Distributed Data Systems and Complex Application Development, as a Senior ServiceNow Developer. You will leverage your expertise to support ServiceNow implementation and integration efforts, providing analytical skills for process improvement and requirement definition. This role requires 5+ years of relevant ServiceNow experience, a strong focus on ITSM, ITOM, and SAM, and proficiency in ServiceNow scripting and workflow development. Requirements

  • 5+ years of recent and relevant ServiceNow implementation and integration experience
  • Strong focus on ITSM, ITOM, and Software Asset Management (SAM) in a government hosted DevSecOps environment
  • Experience with ATO processes and acquisition for secure cloud implementations
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, workflow development, and platform customization
  • Experience creating and maintaining workflows and application integrations
  • Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills for documenting processes and interacting with stakeholders
  • IAT level II certification
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • TS/SCI clearance

Responsibilities

  • Utilize your technical expertise to support the organization's ServiceNow implementation and integration efforts
  • Provide analytical skills to support process improvement, specialized studies, and definition of requirements
  • Analyze, plan, develop requirements documents, build functional models, create and maintain workflows, develop procedures, and develop functional architectures
  • Perform other related management and technical duties

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow certifications such as: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITOM
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations and API development
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web services
  • Experience working in government or regulated environments
  • Understanding of ITIL frameworks and IT service management best practices
