Requirements
- 5+ years of recent and relevant ServiceNow implementation and integration experience
- Strong focus on ITSM, ITOM, and Software Asset Management (SAM) in a government hosted DevSecOps environment
- Experience with ATO processes and acquisition for secure cloud implementations
- Demonstrated ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, workflow development, and platform customization
- Experience creating and maintaining workflows and application integrations
- Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for documenting processes and interacting with stakeholders
- IAT level II certification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- TS/SCI clearance
Responsibilities
- Utilize your technical expertise to support the organization's ServiceNow implementation and integration efforts
- Provide analytical skills to support process improvement, specialized studies, and definition of requirements
- Analyze, plan, develop requirements documents, build functional models, create and maintain workflows, develop procedures, and develop functional architectures
- Perform other related management and technical duties
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow certifications such as: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITOM
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations and API development
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web services
- Experience working in government or regulated environments
- Understanding of ITIL frameworks and IT service management best practices
