Summary

You will administer ServiceNow instances, manage upgrades and deployments, handle security and access control, and resolve help desk tickets. Strong experience in an Agile environment and knowledge of ServiceNow systems administration are essential. Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in ServiceNow systems administration and support
  • Demonstrated experience with upgrading systems, software migrations, and resolving help desk tickets
  • Experience configuring mid-servers
  • Strong experience deploying in an Agile Environment
  • BS, Engineering, Management Information Systems of Related Technical Degree or 10+ years of Experience

Responsibilities

  • Upgrade all instances when ServiceNow releases updated versions that require preparation, testing, and bug fixes across production and non-production environments
  • Setting up and configuring ServiceNow instances, cloning, update sets, API and Restful web services integrations, certificate management, MID-Servers, etc
  • Perform routine maintenance to include performance monitoring and error identification/ remediation
  • Manage Instance Security, User/Group Access/Access Control Lists
  • Manage deployment of update sets and synchronization of changes between multiple ServiceNow instances
  • Resolve help desk/support tickets for reported incidents or defects
  • Adhere to internal standards, policies, and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
