As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will enhance platform stability, performance, and observability, focusing on maintaining and optimizing current infrastructure, ensuring strong monitoring coverage, and supporting compliance and security practices. You will collaborate with development teams, optimize system behavior, and improve security and documentation. The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, 4+ years of relevant experience, and strong skills in monitoring, PostgreSQL, and SQL query optimization. Advanced English is essential for client communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 4 + Years of experience working as SRE or similar positions (platform engineer)
• Basic experience working in Node/Express
• Flexibility to work with any platform
• Strong experience doing monitoring coverage (performance metrics, KPI’s, logging, resource server utilization)
• Experience or wide knowledge about SOC 2
• Experience working with security compliance practices
• Familiarity with connection pooling
• Strong PostgreSQL and optimization of SQL queries
• Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons

Responsibilities

• Increase platform observability; Metrics minimally include: Overall application uptime. Average latency by endpoint. Error rate by endpoint. Server resource utilization (memory, CPU, I/O)
• Alerts when metrics surpass some threshold values
• Optimize SQL queries
• Provided a list of 3-4 features (pages, endpoints, etc.) to reduce load time below a threshold SLA
