Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or comparable career experience
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
• Proficiency in front-end languages and libraries (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular)
• Experience with back-end languages (e.g., C#, Python, Java, .NET, Node.js)
• Strong knowledge of database management (e.g., SQL, NoSQL)
• Extensive experience with RESTful API design and implementation
• Expertise in Microsoft Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to excel in a team-driven environment

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, implementation, and deployment phases of agile software development
• Develop new features and infrastructure to support evolving business needs and project requirements
• Build and maintain scalable distributed systems that enhance user experiences and drive business growth
• Lead new projects from initial concept through to deployment
• Ensure high performance, uptime, & scalability of applications while maintaining rigorous standards for code quality & application design
• Design, build, and integrate RESTful APIs to ensure seamless data flow between systems
• Develop custom solutions and applications using Microsoft Power Apps
• Create insightful and interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Automate workflows and business processes using Power Automate
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Ensure application performance, security, and responsiveness
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software
• Collaborate with software partners, team members, and customers to develop solutions
• Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in full stack development and the Microsoft Power Platform

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS)
• Experience with CI/CD tools and practices
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, ADO, etc.)
• Certification in Microsoft Power Platform or related technologies
• Experience within the transportation or trucking industry
• Knowledge of Vehicle Maintenance System (VMRS) codes and various Dealer Management Systems (DMS) & Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems
