Join Mahway, an investment company building high-growth tech startups, as a Senior Software Developer. This contract-to-hire role (10-15 hours/week initially) involves supporting multiple portfolio companies by establishing a rapid development pipeline using AI-driven tools like Copilot and ChatGPT. You will build and release MVPs, manage small-scale projects, and ensure on-time delivery. The ideal candidate possesses a BS in Computer Science, 5+ years of experience, and proven expertise with AI coding tools. Remote work is a key aspect of this position.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 5 years of professional development experience
• Proven experience in using AI-driven coding tools (e.g., GitHub Co-Pilot, ChatGPT) for enhanced efficiency
• Demonstrable experience with AI-related side projects or innovations in coding processes
• Experience with languages like Python, JavaScript, and Rust, along with frameworks such as React, Angular, and Django
• Proven expertise with AI-driven tools for coding efficiency (e.g., GitHub, Co-Pilot, ChatGPT)
• Strong knowledge of relevant frameworks and coding languages
• Experience with version control systems like Git, with a disciplined approach to project documentation
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes, ensuring smooth deployment pipelines
• Excellent time management, able to prioritize and execute tasks across multiple projects
• Clear communication skills, able to bridge technical and non-technical conversations
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills, thriving in dynamic startup environments

Responsibilities

• Actively support development across multiple portfolio companies, ensuring smooth progress and consistent quality
• Build and release multiple MVPs (Minimum Viable Products) for various portfolio companies
• Successfully manage and complete multiple small-scale projects, ensuring on-time delivery
