Summary

Rackner is a software consultancy that builds cloud-native solutions. They are seeking a Senior Software Developer to lead the development team in designing, testing, and implementing new and updated software programs for the Center for Devices and Radiological Health (CDRH). The ideal candidate should have experience with AI and machine learning libraries, database technologies, DevOps practices, cloud services, and containerization tools. Requirements

• Experience with AI and machine learning libraries (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch) and understanding of AI algorithms and data processing
• Skilled in database technologies, both SQL (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g. MongoDB) and the ability to integrate with AI systems
• Experience with DevOps practices, cloud services (AWS, Azure), and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design and implement efficient, scalable solutions

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and implement new and updated software programs
• Lead the development team to ensure projects are completed to specifications
• Oversee the development and implementation of new software systems or update existing systems
• Code applications, create reports
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior developers and other team members
