Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an SDET or in a similar role
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including experience with test automation frameworks like Playwrite or Cypress
  • Solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing strategies, and best practices
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or CircleCI
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks using JavaScript
  • Write and execute automated test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage
  • Collaborate with software engineers and QA teams to define testing strategies
  • Identify, report, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution
  • Contribute to continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for automated testing
  • Perform both functional and performance testing to ensure application reliability
