Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science preferred
  • 10+ years of prior experience in the role
  • Proficient in Low Code / No Code platforms, API development, NLP, and automation technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proven track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Ability to think creatively and find new ways to improve and innovate
  • Ability to adapt to changing technologies and rapidly evolving business needs
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience mentoring and guiding junior team members

Responsibilities

  • Design and Development: Lead the design and development of scalable and efficient software solutions using Low Code / No Code platforms
  • API Development: Build and maintain robust APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange and integration between systems
  • NLP Implementation: Develop and integrate NLP solutions to enhance user interactions and automate processes
  • Automation: Implement automation solutions to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency
  • Integration: Ensure seamless integration of various software solutions, maintaining system integrity and performance
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver high-quality solutions
  • Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
