Summary
Join Evergreen Nephrology as a Sr. Software Engineer and play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative healthcare solutions using Low Code/No Code platforms. You will leverage your expertise in APIs, NLP, and automation to integrate and enhance our systems. This role requires a Bachelorโs degree in computer science (preferred), 10+ years of experience, proficiency in Low Code/No Code platforms, API development, NLP, and automation technologies, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in computer science preferred
- 10+ years of prior experience in the role
- Proficient in Low Code / No Code platforms, API development, NLP, and automation technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proven track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams
- Ability to think creatively and find new ways to improve and innovate
- Ability to adapt to changing technologies and rapidly evolving business needs
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience mentoring and guiding junior team members
- Intermediate skills with MS Office Suite of products including Outlook and Teams
- You have the ability to work effectively in a primarily remote environment: At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wired to the house internet (Cable, Fiber, or DSL) and hardwired to the internet device is recommended
- Team Members must work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable and efficient software solutions using Low Code / No Code platforms
- Build and maintain robust APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange and integration between systems
- Develop and integrate NLP solutions to enhance user interactions and automate processes
- Implement automation solutions to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency
- Ensure seamless integration of various software solutions, maintaining system integrity and performance
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver high-quality solutions
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
