Join Grow Therapy's Internal Tools team as a Senior Engineer to create software that enables business workflows and optimizes dashboards for performance. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of engineering experience, full-stack web development skills, and enjoys thinking critically about trade-offs between solutions.

Requirements

• 4+ years in engineering experience
• Full-stack web development experience with a lean towards back-end development

Responsibilities

• Enabling business workflows from various departments using appropriate and pragmatic tooling
• Creating internal apps in Retool that communicate with Grow’s back-end services
• Optimizing dashboards for performance using observability tooling, adding pagination, decreasing DB query times, and more
• Evaluating build versus buy and comparing vendors for solutions
