Software Engineer III

Summary

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering, especially within a SAAS environment
• Experience developing applications with Ruby on Rails and ReactJS
• Successful track record of shipping projects quickly with multiple dependencies across technical and non-technical teams
• Excellent team player with strong communication skills
• Experience in payment systems such as bank transfers, PayPal, Stripe, and Bitcoin

Responsibilities

• Enable HackerOne to move money between customers and hackers in a compliant, flexible, and safe manner
• Work on backend-heavy payment processing code and touch the frontend occasionally
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, execution, and alignment across multiple domains
• Contribute to a positive team culture by supporting and learning from senior and staff engineers
