Summary
Join HackerOne's Payments Engineering Team as a Software Engineer III and contribute to building a compliant, flexible, and secure payment system for connecting customers and hackers. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering, especially within a SAAS environment
- Experience developing applications with Ruby on Rails and ReactJS
- Successful track record of shipping projects quickly with multiple dependencies across technical and non-technical teams
- Excellent team player with strong communication skills
- Experience in payment systems such as bank transfers, PayPal, Stripe, and Bitcoin
Responsibilities
- Enable HackerOne to move money between customers and hackers in a compliant, flexible, and safe manner
- Work on backend-heavy payment processing code and touch the frontend occasionally
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, execution, and alignment across multiple domains
- Contribute to a positive team culture by supporting and learning from senior and staff engineers
- Take ownership of your personal growth and professional development
- Apply your technical skills in a people-focused environment, helping build scalable solutions while fostering strong team relationships
