Requirements

• 6+ years of experience developing high-performance backend systems using .NET
• Expertise in cloud-native architecture and engineering on Azure and AKS
• Proficiency in modern CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes using Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and Argo CD
• A deep understanding of software development lifecycles, business logic, and performance trade-offs
• Experience in designing production systems with consideration for regulatory and market constraints
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and implement improvements in both code and design
• Expertise in OAuth2/OIDC authentication, test automation frameworks like Jest, and Object-Oriented programming principles

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable, resilient cloud-native solutions
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and Argo CD with a cloud-first mindset
• Involve in both frontend and backend development, integrating services, to ensure high performance and availability in high-traffic environments
• Develop solutions aligned with user/business needs, regulatory constraints, and market requirements
• Identify and address areas for design and algorithm improvement
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
• Lead operational tasks, such as managing deployment pipelines, alerting, and observability
• Take ownership of production systems, solving complex technical problems, and ensuring high code quality
