Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience developing high-performance backend systems using .NET
  • Extensive knowledge of backend development with technologies such as Node.js, CosmosDB, Elasticsearch, Azure Functions and Redis
  • Proficiency in modern CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes using Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and Argo CD
  • A deep understanding of software development lifecycles, business logic, and performance trade-offs
  • Experience in designing production systems with consideration for regulatory and market constraints
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and implement improvements in both code and design
  • Expertise in OAuth2/OIDC authentication, test automation frameworks like Jest, and Object-Oriented programming principles

Responsibilities

  • Leading the design and development of scalable, resilient cloud-native solutions with a strong focus on architecture and design
  • Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and Argo CD with a cloud-first mindset
  • Involving in both frontend and backend development, integrating services, to ensure high performance and availability in high-traffic environments
  • Developing solutions aligned with user/business needs, regulatory constraints, and market requirements
  • Identifying and addressing areas for design and algorithm improvement
  • Providing mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers
  • Driving cross-functional collaboration with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers
  • Staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Leading operational tasks, such as managing deployment pipelines, alerting, and observability
  • Taking ownership of production systems, solving complex technical problems
