Summary
Join Komodo Health's KMC team and play a key role in developing and maintaining key features for the Komodo Management Console (KMC), transitioning it into an external application. Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to design scalable solutions, mentor engineers, and modernize the front-end stack. You will spearhead the development and implementation of new UI technologies to enhance user interface and experience, identify and resolve friction points across frontend and backend systems, and contribute to accelerating account spin-up processes. This role requires a frontend expert who can understand backend systems to deliver intuitive frontend experiences that simplify complex workflows. Requirements
- Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)
- Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
- Experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs and asynchronous data handling
- Solid knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme, Cypress)
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain key features for the Komodo Management Console (KMC), transitioning it into an external application
- Spearhead the development and implementation of new UI technologies to enhance user interface and experience
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to design scalable solutions
- Mentor other engineers and promote technical best practices within the team
- Lead the modernization of the front-end stack by implementing component libraries and testing strategies
- Identify and resolve friction points across frontend and backend systems to improve user experience
- Contribute to the acceleration of account spin-up processes for internal and external users
- Ensure the delivery of a scalable and user-friendly solution
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Exposure to backend technologies and microservices architecture, including workflow orchestration tools like Temporal and Apache Airflow
- Contributions to open-source projects
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation
