Requirements
- Experience working in diverse cross-functional agile teams and eager to collaborate with other disciplines, such as Designers, Analysts & Product Owners
- Deep understanding of modern Web Development and surrounding eco system, including HTTP & the Browser, Node, CSS, Typescript, React
- Pragmatic approach to deliver effective solutions to address business & consumer challenges
- Passionate about the product life cycle and the customer's lifetime value improving accessibility, enhancing performance, optimising user experience through experimentation
- Committed to your own development and excited to make a direct, substantial impact within a company that provides you with full autonomy to release changes continuously throughout the day
Responsibilities
- Work in an established & experienced product team branching into new feature development, supporting and improving the teamβs delivery & technical expertise
- Work with various cross-functional disciplines across the organisation to make the best ideas a reality
- Utilise rich real-time logs, metrics, and data to monitor and improve product performance & reliability
- Enhancing a diverse engineering culture by taking part in various technical catch ups, working groups and All Hands
- Enrich Mojoβs perspective by sharing your experience, knowledge & expertise in a continuous learning environment, growing your own career at the same time
- Work on Feature ideation, development and measurement
- Define, evolve, and apply team processes
- Develop simplified domain models for the product
- Maintain the full stack, from product to payouts
- Build efficient CI/CD pipelines
- Optimise the UX & performance of the product across devices
Preferred Qualifications
Our solutions are built using serverless approaches, with engineers owning devops of AWS cloud technologies such as Serverless Framework, Lambda, SQS and API gateways via terraform and CI/CD pipelines
