Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience writing readable, tested, and efficient code
  • Familiarity with LLMs and GenAI best practices
  • Experience with a modern front-end framework (React, Vue)
  • Experience with a modern back-end web framework (Rails, Python)
  • Experience with a relational database (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
  • Solid debugging and optimization skills
  • Experience with APIs supporting mobile applications delivering rich user experiences
  • Expertise with SDLC processes and frameworks
  • Interest in learning new tools, languages, workflows, and philosophies to grow
  • Curiosity and care more about solving problems than being right
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills (verbal and written)

Responsibilities

  • Build and integrate a combination of home-grown and purchased tools to optimize our contracting, eligibility and billing processes
  • Be an informal leader to the team by continuously identifying ways to improve, mentoring others, and removing ambiguity
  • Leverage AI and ML tooling to deliver innovative solutions to complex problems
  • Collaborate and influence others to shape future direction, based on your years of previous experience and technology research
  • Lead large projects, anticipating infrastructure and architectural needs before they arise
  • Research, adopt and advocate for new technologies
