Senior Software Engineer

Summary

Join One Model, a rapidly growing leader in people analytics, as a Senior Software Engineer on the One AI team. You will build and enhance features, fix bugs, and improve performance of our platform which integrates machine learning capabilities. This role requires 6+ years of commercial software engineering experience, full-stack skills in C# and React, and strong communication. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to architecture and code decisions. Requirements

• Around 6+ years commercial experience in software engineering
• Full stack technical skills in C# and React
• Good communication skills (synchronous and asynchronous)
• Ability to think strategically at a high-level about architecture and general code decisions
• You get things right, and you get things done
• You care about the user, not just the acceptance criteria
• Based in the USA, ideally in Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zones

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance features
• Fix bugs, improve performance, and strengthen reliability
• Coordinate API contract changes across frontend and backend systems
• Influence architecture, development processes, and engineering standards
• Continue to learn and grow as a software engineer, and also support and encourage your peers to do so
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product management, QA, platform, UX, data science)

Preferred Qualifications

• A degree or certification in software engineering, computer science, or a related field
• Experience with the latest versions of .NET, containerization/Kubernetes
• Familiarity with cloud computing (e.g. AWS or Azure)
• Experience and / or interest in Data Science and Machine Learning
• Experience leveraging AI to analyze problems and workshop solutions
• Experience with remote work
