Responsibilities

  • Collaboratively design and deliver software and systems for Qwilr
  • Shape, plan, build and operate Qwilr’s product features
  • Design and implement solutions with an exceptional degree of technical understanding, and a glorious degree of excellence, balanced with an equally glorious desire to get stuff done
  • Demonstrate capability when it comes to solving complex technical challenges cleanly, and with a passion for supportable software
  • Iterate on team development practices and technical excellence/understanding - constantly improving yourself and contributing to the elevation of your Qwilr engineering team
  • Seek a collaborative, clear, shared understanding of project requirements and priorities
  • Find a balance between quality and speed that delivers consistently awesome results, aligned with Qwilr’s overall strategic goals
  • Work autonomously, with a strong bias for collaboration, helping to uplift your team, demonstrating an openness to growth
