Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building scalable, complex distributed systems
• Strong background in system design and architecture

• Proficient with Node.js, NestJS, GraphQL, TypeScript, and gRPC

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain robust core services using Node.js, NestJS, and gRPC
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to ensure scalability and reliability
• Collaborate with product teams to implement solutions aligned with business goals
• Mentor junior engineers and foster technical excellence
• Drive best practices for security, performance, and maintainability
• Make independent technical decisions to improve platform stability

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with React or similar frontend frameworks
• Mobile development skills (native or React Native)
• Experience with tRPC
• Familiarity with authorization systems and audit logging
• Experience in healthcare or regulated environments (HIPAA compliance)
• Background with messaging platforms like Kafka
