Senior Software Engineer

Summary

Join Runwise, a leading energy tech company, as a Senior Backend Engineer. Requirements

• Have 3+ years of hands-on experience writing in Golang
• Have 5+ years of hands-on experience as an engineer
• Be passionate about building new products and working with systems at scale
• Have extensive experience with AWS services like DynamoDB, SQS, AWS Lambda, EC2, and Cloudformation

Responsibilities

• Be a core contributor to our core Golang app and AWS infrastructure
• Contribute to our Operational Excellence by improving our monitoring & alerting across all aspects of our ecosystem, including cloud and IoT infrastructure
• Contribute to our Python application, powering our computers that execute climate control algorithms and process live data from sensor networks in buildings
• Write code that efficiently and intelligently processes billions of data points per year

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience with BMS, Niagara, and BACnet
• Have experience with Python
