Requirements

• Have 5+ years of advanced TypeScript/JavaScript development with deep understanding of language features and optimization techniques
• Possess extensive experience architecting and leading development with Node.js and NestJS frameworks
• Demonstrate expert-level React development with the ability to design and implement complex component systems
• Have advanced PostgreSQL skills including query optimization, indexing strategies, and performance tuning
• Show proven expertise implementing sophisticated Redis caching solutions for high-throughput systems
• Demonstrate success designing and implementing distributed microservice architectures
• Have significant experience orchestrating infrastructure and applications on GCP, including CI/CD pipelines
• Mastery of enterprise-level design patterns and their practical application in large-scale, mission-critical systems
• Have 7+ years of software development experience with a track record of technical leadership
• Be able to make high-impact architectural decisions that balance business needs with technical considerations
• Have experience mentoring engineering teams and establishing technical best practices
• Have a history of successfully delivering complex projects in fast-paced environments
• Possess strong communication skills with experience presenting technical solutions to diverse stakeholders
• Have a proven ability to drive cross-team technical initiatives and resolve complex engineering challenges

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience with containerization orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Have a background in biotech, genomics, or precision medicine
• Have success leading system migrations between cloud platforms (e.g., AWS to GCP)
