Join Goldfinch, a blockchain-based private credit platform, as a Senior Software Engineer. You will lead the design and architecture of innovative financial technology and decentralized finance projects on blockchain, ensuring the reliability, performance, and maintainability of the codebase. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Software Engineering, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 1 year of experience in the job offered or related occupations
- Must possess at least 1 year of experience in all of the following: Backend and frontend programming languages; Typescript programming language; Experience with technical Incident responsiveness; Visual Studio Code tooling; GitHub database; and Python programming language
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of innovative financial technology and decentralized finance projects on blockchain
- Take ownership of the software development life cycle, ensuring the reliability, performance, and maintainability of the codebase for applications
- Implement robust security measures and best practices to safeguard financial transactions and user data in compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Provide technical leadership to a team of software engineers, guiding them in the development of complex solutions and mentor team members on coding standards, software architecture, and best practice
- Conduct regular security assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and implement remediation strategies to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of financial and user information
- Conduct regular code reviews, implement best practices, and apply optimization techniques to enhance the overall efficiency and security of the systems
