Senior Software Engineer Frontend

Requirements

• Ideally 6-8 years experience of working within an agile software development team
• Experience in ES6+ JavaScript (TypeScript experience preferred)
• Experience in CSS preprocessors like LESS or SCSS
• Experience with Next.js, React, React Hooks, and Redux
• Strong interpersonal skills that demonstrate empathy and the ability to distill technical concepts into digestible pieces
• Working knowledge of webpack or similar tooling

Responsibilities

• Build high-quality, innovative, and performant experiences that delight users
• Define requirements, drive technical decisions, and implement world-class identity management services for seamless and secure user authentication
• Collaborate with engineering peers to push forward measurable improvements to the architecture of all Magic systems, including SDK and UI/UX components
• Play a pivotal role in shaping the backbone of our federated identity services architecture accessible through our SDK

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong technical writing skills
• Experience developing open source software and developer tools
• Keen awareness of application security, and knowledge of Open Web Application Security Project(OWASP) top 10 vulnerabilities
• Identity and authentication experience
• Wallet and/or web3 experience (domain understanding)

Benefits

Salary: $175,000-$195,000
