Summary

Responsibilities

  • Write and ship production code that has meaningful user and business impact
  • Envision, build, and analyze new features and tools, each contributing to the reliability of the group’s systems
  • Partner with your team to set goals, and timelines, build the software, tests, and carry the pager
  • Write micro-services , primarily with Java (our APIs are RESTful and use the minimal Dropwizard framework)
  • Build reliability features to help scale our third-party integrations with Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and more, working with webhooks, and RESTful APIs
  • Work with MySql, HBase, Hadoop, Kafka, Dropwizard, and more
  • Proactively take ownership of the team’s on-call health, reliability, and quality

Benefits

  • Cash compensation range: 186300-279500 USD Annually
  • The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles
  • In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs)
  • Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay
