Requirements

  • Have hands-on experience with QA automation framework development and design
  • Have strong understanding of testing methodologies
  • Have scripting experience
  • Have strong problem analysis and troubleshooting skills
  • Have experience in databases, preferably MySQL
  • Have debugging skills
  • Have experience with software development
  • Have experience as an SDET

Responsibilities

  • Develop and design QA automation frameworks (Python preferred)
  • Understand testing methodologies
  • Write scripts
  • Analyze and troubleshoot problems
  • Work with databases, preferably MySQL
  • Debug applications
  • Perform REST/API testing
  • Integrate end-to-end tests with CI/CD pipelines, monitor, and improve test coverage metrics
  • Work in a dynamic and agile development environment, adapting to changing requirements
  • Perform performance testing using relevant automation and monitoring tools
  • Work in a Linux/Unix environment
  • Have a basic understanding of OS

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have experience with Python, Perl, Shell Scripting, Selenium, Test Automation, and CI/CD
  • Have experience with Dockerization or Virtualization
  • Have experience with REST/API testing
  • Have performance testing experience with relevant automation and monitoring tools
  • Have experience working in the Linux/Unix environment
  • Have a basic understanding of OS
