Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM preferred *additional experience in lieu of a degree is also accepted*
• Proficiency in ObjectScript
• This role requires a favorable adjudication for a Top Secret security clearance
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing and resolving challenges
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and elevate team performance

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using InterSystems IRIS and ObjectScript, writing efficient, high-quality code that meets stringent project and government requirements
• Provide guidance and support to junior developers, fostering a collaborative environment. Engage in regular team meetings, including standups and refinement sessions, to stay aligned on project goals
• Resolve technical issues and offer ongoing support to ensure smooth system operations. Handle on-call duties as needed during business hours to maintain system reliability for government clients
• Integrate REST APIs and work on healthcare integrations using ObjectScript. Explore new technologies and methodologies to enhance and expand our product offerings
• Contribute to the IVR and federal product suites with a focus on customer needs and value. Maintain a product-oriented mindset, understanding how various solutions integrate and enhance healthcare accessibility
